When You Move Lymph Moves
Do you have sluggish lymph? Getting yourself moving REGULARLY is key to increasing lymphatic flow. A vibration plate simply makes the "getting moving" easier, more possible, less strenuous, even enjoyable. Using a plate may be the best way to quickly boost lymph and circulation to relief symptoms while getting exercise benefits at the same time.
This week I want to talk lymph, no doubt one of the MAIN benefits many of you want are looking at these machines and following my work. Vibration machines are and incredibly fast and easy way to get your lymph AND YOU moving. If this is the only benefit you use it for you’ll save hours of self care time and get more total body effect than you may realize.
Many of you are using vibration plates now - you KNOW how effective they are at boosting that lymph, how much lighter, softer and BETTER YOU FEEL after a session.
To those not using your machine I ask you to “step up to the plate”, or sit with feet on it if need. You spent time and money on that machine let it do some of the self care for you.
Improved lymphatic drainage is definitely one of the biggest reasons people are using and continue to use a vibration plate.
3 Things I’m Giving to You to Get You Moving and Feeling Better;
1) My latest video tutorial with position ideas. Click the image below to see on YouTube.
2) A FREE Positions Tips Sheet I made from this video - you can print for reference.
3) Mindful Tips many are just reminders, things we know we should do to get the lymph flowing better prior to or during our activities, therapy/massage visits and other self care;
Deep Breathing - slow, diaphragmatic breathing boosts flow near the s. Lots of videos and group online you can see what is a good fit for you.
Hydration - plenty of fluids help keep our lymph fluid moving freely. This is an easy one but often lacking along side nutri
Self-Massage - light pressure/stroking of lymph nodes areas
Dry Brushing - gentle strokes on the skin surface to activate the lymph vessesl just below the skin surface using a simple natural-bristle body brush.
Exercise/Activity - gentle/low impact, walking, rebounding, swimming and of course VIBRATION PLATES easily activate muscles increasing lymphatic flow and circulation. I recommend a basic oscillating moving machine for best lymph.
Compression Therapy - garments/wraps encourage lymph movement through pressure or compression massage garments.
Posture/Movement don’t be inactive for long period, do what you can to move regularly and when you are seated, try to keep good posture to prevent lymph stagnation.
A Good Stool - for seated use - will get your legs at a proper 90° angle. I recommend one if you are dealing with poor mobility, are weak or lack stability.
I really wish that I could, but I can’t do the care for you… I hope these new weekly emails give you a lift, help you set aside a little “you” time to recharge, refocus and rise up against anything weighting you down.
Until next week, GET MOVING whether a little or a lot just get moving. I will be asking you in my next note, nagging you virtually somehow - maybe a poll? We’ll see next week… any ideas let me know.
