Vibration Plate Group Training Starts this Monday! Do You Want to Join Me?

It doesn’t matter if you are just starting on your vibration plate or if you are a seasoned user, joining a class is great way to help you get motivated, and on track with your goals.

A class can be particularly beneficial if you are;

• Dealing with a health concern, an injury or are fearful and need more personal guidance on how to modify positions/settings what your situation.

• Wanting to progress and build on what you are already doing on your machine.

• Bored because your routine has just become too routine!

Each class runs approx 1 hour starting with a 10-15 min crash course followed by open questions/demos with those attending. Class times are EST (Toronto Canada) Time.

A zoom link to access will be sent to all registered 10 mins prior to each class start time. There will be no recordings available, these are private, interactive discussions.

Cost is $5 USD per session send via PayPal to [email protected]. Please state the class date and preferred email address.

Please register no later than 12 hours prior to class start time. This allows me time to send confirmation along with some short points to help get prepared for class.

I offer a few ways to help you get started and progress with your machine at no cost. There is no need or requirement to join a class, it’s just a way for me to offer more personal, real time guidance with you and your machines. I can help more of you collectively while offering much less cost to you than booking a one on one.
