Last Weekend's Impromptu LIVE Lymphatic Prep/Shake Session + Join Deb LIVE This Saturday March 1st
We had to switch gears last weekend from a talk to a shake! See Deb's short prep + vibe routine and get details on the upcoming Vibration Plate LIVE session this Saturday!

I hope you have enjoyed the Fascia February articles and discussions this month, more importantly I hope some of the tips shared can help you benefit in your own self care.
Fascia plays a role is every move we make, or try to make… perpetually engaged with our lymphatic system - they work together - both need regular action to keep functioning.
My final talk this month was to be with a well known member of the Lipedema community, Nita Clewis. Sadly some pretty severe pain paid Nita an “unscheduled” visit as many of you can relate. I will keep you updated on a new time soon.
As I was set up and ready to go, switched gears and decided to connect anyways with a live workout. Appreciate those that were able to attend and ask questions.
See the recording for an on the plate lymph prep routine followed by some seated and standing poses to boost that lymph and fascia movement.
Are you just getting started on your plate? Have you lost focus and need to get back on track? Maybe you have a medical concern? Perhaps you’re afraid to use your machine?
Join Me on Facebook SATURDAY at 3PM EST - FREE LIVE crash course!
Be ready with your machine and any questions you’d like answered. I’ll do a 10-15 min crash course that covers ANY vibration plate regardless of brand or model you are using. Open questions from you to follow. I’ll be live on LifePro’s Facebook page at 3pm EST.
SESSION TIPS:
Have a bar height stool or chair for use with seated positions. This is especially important if you have any acute/chronic concerns.
If wanting to stand but have balance concerns, position your plate but something to give you stability - a counter edge, back of sofa or a chair-back as ideas.
Have some water or something hydrating close by you may be surprised how thirsty you feel, this is a common new user “thing” as lymph gets moving
Be conservative on time and intensity (wide/close feet) until you have a few sessions in, see how you personally feel and forget what anyone else is saying. It’s easy to over do it without feeling anything but great while on it.
Please see my SAFETY and CONTRA"INDICATIONS” videos for related common questions prior to the live for more insight.
March is Lymphedema Awareness Month - watch for some upcoming talks and sessions!
