With the holiday season fast approaching I wanted to ‘get together’ with you before we all get distracted and fall of the wagon over the next few weeks. I’ve already consumed more baking and sweets than I care to admit and today I felt slow-mo all day.

Let’s BOTH keep moving thru the holidays, but lets be realistic and focus on what we CAN do instead of beating ourselves up for what we’re NOT doing. I know I nag lots about using for short, more frequent sessions but that 2-3 mins here and there goes a long way, and its easier to commit to than a 10 min “workout”.

Use it to keep the lymph and circulation going yes, but also to boost energy/stamina, feel lighter and more stable. Use it to make getting thru the holiday season more physically and mentally manageable. If you have struggled in the past, you’re getting exercise activity with all the running around anyways!!

For my fitness users wanting to train thru the holidays - think HIIT style, increasing the effort/challenge in those poses on your plate can push you to fatigue fast. You’ll get the same feel good gains I’ve already mentioned but can use it to maintain or work on the gains at home if you don’t have time to hit your traditional activities.
